Output of the training

The participants will be able to;

• Explain the principles of AC & DC
• Define competencies and behaviours
• Define different exercises’ behavioural evaluation processes
• Use appropriate examples to explain and report data and can use such examples in data integration discussions
• Can produce a feedback report about individual competencies and evaluation tools and how that identifies an individual’s strengths and parts that need development
